Prawns is not a fish, it absolutely isn’t so, let’s clear the air of confusion and move on to our latest and hottest new recipe of this week…Prawns that we cooked on this Friday to start off our weekend on absolutely fabulous note. Btw, we call Prawns as Chingri Machh (Fish) in Bengali albeit it is not considered as Machh-Fish but Bengalis are just not ready to have this debate for now. So…
Prawns or Chingri is very tasty fish and also a very well known fish all over the world, and it is considered to be a great source of protein. Different types of recipes can be made with prawns. The scientific name of prawn is ‘Fenneropenaeus Indicus’. It is said that Prawns are a great source of high quality protein, and provide some of the most important vitamins and minerals that make up a healthy diet. But some unlucky ones are highly allergic to Prawns, especially the ones having asthma like me, but I love eating prawns, in fact, it one of my favorite dish. Also, they are surprisingly low in calories and are made up of extremely healthy cholesterol but too much of prawns can really give some people allergies so be careful of the proportion that you eat always. So, lets move on to our newest recipe of todays – ‘Prawns Tawa Masala Recipe’
