Prawns are my favorite. For those who love eating seafood, prawns are a treat. Like any other seafood, prawns can also be cooked in a varied number of ways. They can be grilled, broiled, fried, or steamed. You can either cook them with the vein or without it based on personal choice and taste. Similarly it can be cooked with or without the shell. They are used to make savory dishes that form a part of the main course.
So today, we ended up making ‘Tawa Prawns Masala’, a very Indian style main course recipe of making Prawns with Masala gravy and believe me, it’s a quick & delicious recipe you would love to cook & serve on your dinner plate with some roti or white rice.
It is said that frozen prawns take a lot of time to defrost and may not be as tasty as fresh prawns but I do not believe this and I must tell you that it is absolutely not true. The taste of prawns depends on its quality no matter how long you keep it in the refrigerator, if the quality of your prawns are sweet as hell, it won’t go bad over a month unless you’re keeping it for a year! Hush! Eww.
